Sweet Onion and BBQ Festival
Tastings, recipes, and tips on various topics to celebrate and kickoff summer grilling. May 4: The master butchers will be rolling out a housemade Porchetta, and two new housemade seasonal sausages. May 11: Fresh pies a la mode from Julian Apple Pie Company and more. May 18: Roasted grass-fed top sirloin vs. roasted "1855" top sirloin; and ground grass-fed burgers vs ground corn-fed burgers. May 25: Pit barrel pulled pork, BBQ sauces and seasonal Imperial Valley sweet onions.
