Canyon View New After Hours Emergency Maintenance Phone Number is to be used for emergency maintenance issues that occur after 6pm (Flood/Fire/Gas Leaks/Blocked Access). 619-540-1125. Please leave a message on the rental office phone line 619-464-4144 of all non emergency requests and your request will be addressed the next business day.
Receive $100.00 off your rent when you refer a friend or co-worker to Canyon View. To receive the referral fee you must come to the office and pick of a tenant referral form. Give the referral form to the person you are referring and have them mention your full name at the first point of contact if it is via phone as well as bring in the tenant referral form when they first tour the property. You will not receive the referral if the above steps are not taken. The referral form is available for you to pick up at the leasing office. Thank you for supporting your community by referring your friends co-workers and family.
Community Rule Reminders
Make sure to turn the volume down in your home after 10pm and before 9am!
Make sure that you and your guests are familiar with the parking rules and regulations. Guests must park in visitor parking only. Residents or guests that violate the parking rules will be towed at owner’s expense.
Residents must accompany their guests to the pool.
No items are permitted to hang over balcony railings. Do not leave any items by your front door. (ex. shoes, boxes or trash bags) It is unsightly and is the perfect invitation for ants. Should you need pest control service please come to the office and sign up to get your apartment sprayed. The service is only on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month and is free of charge for common pests.
Manager's note
If you place a rug in between your couch and coffee table and a mat exiting your kitchen it will extend the life of your carpet.
